Sends the booking link with your prep instructions, answers what-to-prepare questions, uses the reschedule link when a candidate needs to move, and records external bookings.
Follows up and briefs
Chases candidates who have not booked, sends reminders with time and join link, and briefs the interviewer with résumé, context and prepared questions before the call.
Decisions stay with the hiring team
You choose who advances and to which stage. A booking never moves a candidate forward on its own, and per-stage instructions tell the agent exactly how to coordinate.
