The agent sends from your connected Gmail and reads replies in the same thread. Each role picks its sender and daily quota. Managed delivery is there for higher volume.
Booking inside real availability
Google Calendar and other major providers. Round-robin across a pool or times the whole panel can make, in the right time zones.
It watches the calendar
An interview appears, however it got there, from Calendly, Cal.com or an EA typing it in. The agent stops outreach, moves the candidate to the right stage and stops nagging you.
Personal connections, revoked by you
You authorize your own mailbox and calendar through the provider's consent screen, and you can disconnect them yourself. No passwords shared.
